Welcome to the Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of New York’s web page.
Use of this page and web portals are designed to increase communication between the Grand Secretary’s Office and its members.
The Documents & Forms web portal is intended primarily for Lodge Secretaries, but may be used by District Deputy Grand Masters and Grand Lodge Staff Officers. Among the items on this portal are Certificates of Good Standing, Certificates of Clearance and Dimit forms.
The Annual Reports web portal contains the Annual Reports for the membership. This information is for authorized Lodge Representatives, and members of Grand Lodge Committees.
In order to have access to these portals, you will need to register with my office. Send an email to grandsecretary@nymasons.org and I will send you the necessary password for the portal.
