M:..W:. Jeffrey M. Williamson, Grand Master of Mason’s in the State of New York, will make the annual Grand Master’s Day visit to the historic grounds of the George Washington Historic Site at Tappan, NY on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016 All Brethren, family and friends are invited to participate.
You and your family and friends are cordially and fraternally invited to start the day and join the Grand Master and the Grand Line at a traditional bountiful buffet breakfast/brunch. starting at 11:00 AM $36.00 per person must be paid in advance. GRAND MASTER’S DAY CEREMONIES starting at 1:00 PM, DeWint House National Historic Site, 20 Livingston Street, Tappan, NY
At 1:00 P.M., the Grand Master’s Day program will be held on the grounds of the historic DeWint House. The GM Day program will begin with the Presentation of Colors by Brother Masons who are members of historic West Point Lodge No 877 F & AM and members of the United States Military Academy Corps of Cadets. They will be flanked by members of the Masonic War Veterans of the State of New York, National Sojourners, and Brothers of the Heroes of ’76. Following the invocation, introductions and welcoming we will enjoy remarks by Deputy Grand Master R:.W:. Charles Catapano and an address by Grand Master, R:.W:. Jeffrey M. Williamson,
Light refreshments will be served at the conclusion of the program.
Everyone is invited to this event. Bring your families and friends. We always try to promote our beautiful and historic Masonic site. Anyone interested in the history of our country will appreciate that this site had a part in that formation. If you have never been there, now is the time to do it, see the beautiful grounds and walk in the footsteps of George Washington and his troops. Honor our Grand Master with your presence as Masons. The committee will be happy to show you to the interior of the DeWint House and the Carriage House, filled with artifacts from the Colonial Era. This is a site that as a Mason will fill you with much pride as a member of this Fraternity.
