Welcome to the Committee on Lodges and Buildings!
Our Committee’s mission is to help Masonic Lodges keep their foundations strong, and keep an eye toward the future.
We work with Lodges and building owners to maximize their resources for performing various Masonic and ownership duties. Our committee’s services include:
- Lodge Trustee certification [ download form ]

- Insurance reviews [ download more information ]
- Reaching out to various utility companies to find the best prices [ rfp request ]
- Seeking real estate tax reduction
- Cash flow projections [ instructions ] [ worksheet ]
- Compiling membership actuarial projections to assist in long range planning
- Translating the Benevolent Orders Law and determining how it affects Masonic Lodges [ more information ]
The one thing we don’t do is recommend consolidating Lodges or reducing the number of buildings owned by Lodges.
