come on out for St. John's weekend

I spoke with the Grand Master yesterday.

He would like us to record the investiture ceremony and his address Saturday, and the service Sunday, and to distribute them live over the Masonic Care Community Campus CATV system to the residents, but sees no need to stream either event live over the Internet this year (although he is open to the idea for next year).

He agreed that this weekend will provide a good opportunity for our committee to meet, welcome new volunteers and offer training.

Look for us in the Library: if we aren't there, we will leave word there as to where we are set up.

Anyone who wants to volunteer to work with our committee, and who can come to Utica for at least part of the weekend: we would love to meet you face to face and discuss what responsibilities you are willing to tackle.

Anyone (District officers, staff officers, committee members, etc.) who wants to be able to post material to our web site: we will show you how (just the basics, obviously, but that's all you need 95% of the time) and set you up with an account (this is not the same as MORI, it requires a separate account).
